The issuer's management board, i.e. VIGO PhotonicsS.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafterreferred to as: the _quot;Issuer_quot; or the _quot;Company_quot;), hereby informs that onJanuary 17, 2024, it received information about the Management Board ofthe Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ("GPW") on January 17, 2024, resolutionNo. 78/2024 on determining the last day of quotation on the main marketof the WSE for rights to series F ordinary bearer shares of the Companyand resolution No. 79/2024 on the admission and introduction to stockexchange trading series F ordinary bearer shares of the Company on themain market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (_quot;Resolutions_quot;).

Pursuant to the content of the Resolutions, the WSEManagement Board decided to: (i) set January 19, 2024 as the date of thelast quotation on the WSE main market of 145,799 rights to series Fordinary bearer shares of the Company; (ii) confirm the admission toexchange trading on the main market operated by the WSE of 145,799series F ordinary bearer shares of the Company (_quot;Shares_quot;); and (iii)introduce the Shares to exchange trading on this market as of January22, 2024, provided that by the National Depository for Securities S.A.on the above-mentioned date of registration of the Shares and markingthem with the ISIN code PLVIGOS00015.
