APPLICATION OF A CANDIDATE FOR A MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

The Management Board of the issuer VIGO Photonics S.A. with itsregistered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as the"Issuer") hereby announces that on June 13, 2025, the Issuer receivedfrom Józef Piotrowski, a shareholder of the Issuer, an application forcandidacy for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, Mr. MarekWiechno.

The application was submitted in connection with the Annual GeneralMeeting of the Issuer convened for 23 June 2025 and the agenda itemproviding for the adoption of resolutions on the election of SupervisoryBoard Members for a new term of office. The candidate's CV and consentto run for the Supervisory Board together with a statement were attachedto the application.

The application for candidacy, CV and consent to stand as a candidatetogether with the declaration constitute appendices to this report.
