Report No. 6 dated April 24, 2026

The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. ("Issuer"), concluded onApril 24, 2026, between

the Issuer and PCO S.A. ("PCO"), a Polish optoelectronic productscompany specializing in

protection, has been applied, in addition to No. 1, to the frameworkagreement dated April 7,

2025 ("Annex"), which is protected by the user, and which was disclosedfor the purpose of

providing thermal imaging cameras ("Arrays").

According to the Annex, the contract term was issued on December 31,2032 (with a final end

date of December 31, 2031). The delivery date for the Arrays partsavailable for testing was set

for the fourth quarter of 2026. The sales volume and new productioncapacity for the Arrays were

determined for the years 2027-2032, with the overall scope not deviatingfrom the general terms.

The estimated value of the framework agreement, covering direct debits,excluding sales

collection under distribution, is PLN 191,860,000.

The remaining provisions remain unchanged.
