TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on September 12th, 2022, the Issuermade an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for August 2022.

Salesrevenue for August 2022 is expected at PLN 3.13 million. The grossresult at PLN -0.35 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.35million. The balance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 2.5million.

Cumulatively,for the first eight months of 2022, the Issuer expects the followingresults: sales revenues at the level of PLN 23.93 million, gross resultat the level of PLN -0.52 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.45_#160;million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 2.2 million. The cumulative dataincludes the changes made by the Company in connection with the ongoingdata review for the first half of 2022. The Bidlogic sale transaction,in accordance with the information from ESPI report No. 22/2022 ofSeptember 1, 2022, will be taken into account in September.

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. Data for 2022 will be verifiedboth internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and thefinal information on the result and sales revenues, taking into accountthe data for the indicated period, will be included in the report forthe third quarter of 2022 and annual report for 2022.
