(hereinafter referred to as:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), announces to the public the dates of publicationof periodic reports in 2023:Individualannual report for 2022 - April 26th, 2023.Quarterlyreport for the first quarter of 2023 - May 24th, 2023.Semi-annualreport for the first half of 2023 - September 27th, 2023Quarterlyreport for the third quarter of 2023 - November 22nd, 2023.

Atthe same time, the Issuer informs that according to § 79 sec. 2 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current andperiodic information published by issuers of securities and theconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state , the Issuer will not publish quarterlyreports for the second and fourth quarters of 2023.
