The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;Company_quot;,_quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on July 5, 2023. The Company entered into anagreement with BoomBit S.A., headquartered in Gdansk, Poland(hereinafter: _quot;BoomBit_quot;), the subject of which is the creation by theIssuer of the mobile game Easy Boxing, the publisher of which will beBoomBit. The game will be aimed at a casual audience, for iOS andAndroid platforms.

BoomBit will pay the Company an advance to cover the title's productioncosts. BoomBit will be responsible for distribution and promotion of thegame. Other terms of the agreement do not deviate from market conditions.

The conclusion of the agreement is an important step for the Issuer inimplementing its development strategy of establishing strategicpartnerships and creating new mobile games.
