The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;Company_quot;,_quot;Issuer_quot;), with reference to ESPI Current Report No. 16/2023, informsthat on August 21, 2023, it received from the National Center forResearch and Development (hereinafter: _quot;NCBiR_quot;) a written notice oftermination of the grant agreement for the implementation of thetechnology project entitled _quot;Prototype Platform for Automation ofGeneration, Gamification and Determination of Difficulty of Blast LevelsBased on AI and Machine Learning_quot; (hereinafter: _quot;Project_quot;), under theFast Track program. The termination of the aforementioned agreement issubject to a one-month notice period.

The Company's Board of Directors does not agree with the justificationprovided by NCBiR and, as previously announced, will continue to assertthe Company's rights and NCBiR's payment of funds due to the Company.
