The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the"Company", "Issuer"), hereby informs that ESPI Report No. 26/2024,published today (20.09.2024), indicated by mistake an incorrect amountof cash contribution to cover series I shares.

The amount indicated was PLN 5,230,250, while it should have been PLN5,231,250.

Below is the corrected content of report No. 26/2024

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "the Company","the Issuer") informs that on September 20, 2024 it entered into aninvestment agreement with Gemini Grup_#279; UAB, based in Vilnius, Republicof Lithuania (hereinafter: "the Investor"). The acquisition of theInvestor is at the same time the completion of the review of strategicoptions, the commencement of which was announced by the Issuer in ESPICurrent Report No. 13/2024 dated June 3, 2024.

As part of the execution of the aforementioned agreement, the Companywill issue 23,250,000 series I shares, at an issue price of PLN 0.225per share, which will be offered to the Investor in exchange for a cashcontribution with a total value of PLN 5,231,250. The Company'sManagement Board will immediately take all actions necessary to carryout the issuance of series I shares and their registration by the KDPW.

The Company will announce the adoption of a resolution by the ManagementBoard on the issue of series I shares and the registration and admissionof these shares to trading on the regulated market in separateannouncements.

The concluded investment agreement will positively affect the Company'sliquidity and operational capabilities, and will directly contribute toincreasing the Issuer's product and revenue potential.
