The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:the _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on Jauary 21st, 2025, the Issuermade an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for December 2024.

Sales revenue for December 2024 is expected at PLN 1.3 million. Thegross result at PLN 0.05 million, net result at the level of PLN 0.05million.

Cumulatively, for 2024, the Issuer expects the following results: salesrevenues at the level of PLN 13.8 million, gross result at the level ofPLN -0.6 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.6 million and EBITDAat the level of PLN 2.2 million.

The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. The data for 2024 will be subjectto internal verification, in particular with regard to the need forpossible write-offs or provisions, and in the audit process by theauditor. The final information on the result and sales revenue takinginto account the data for the period indicated will be included in theannual report for 2024.
