The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "the Company","the Issuer"), announces that on March 26, 2025 it entered into anagreement with VR Factory Games S.A., based in Warsaw, regardingpotential cooperation in the preparation of a port of the game RealBoxing 3 (hereinafter: "the Game") for VR devices.

The cooperation will begin with technical verification of the project,which will be completed within two months of the conclusion of theagreement. In the event of a positive outcome of the verification, theparties will proceed to pricing and setting commercial terms ofcooperation. The Management Board will announce the possible conclusionof a production and distribution agreement in this regard by a separateESPI report.

In the opinion of the Management Board, the preparation and distributionof the VR game port may significantly affect the Company's financialresults in future periods and contribute to further expansion of theReal Boxing brand universe to other hardware platforms.
