The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on May 9th, 2025, the Issuer madean estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for April 2025.

Sales revenue for April 2025 is expected at PLN 0.7 million. The grossresult at PLN 0.0 million, net result at the level of PLN 0.0 million.

Cumulatively, for the first four months of 2025, the Issuer expects thefollowing results: sales revenues at the level of PLN 3.7 million, grossresult at the level of PLN 0.1 million, net result at the level of PLN0.1 million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 0.8 million. (Cumulativeresult for four months 2025 includes adjusted result for March 2025 inthe amount of PLN 0.1 million)

The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. The data for 2025 will be subjectto internal verification and in the audit process by the auditor. Thefinal information on the result and sales revenue taking into accountthe data for the period indicated will be included in the annual reportfor 2025.
