The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:"the Company," "Issuer") hereby announces that on March 4, 2026, theIssuer decided to create a write-off as at December 31, 2025, related todevelopment work on the game rUndead, in the total amount of PLN982,274.53. The write-off is based on an analysis of the Company'sintangible assets in progress as at December 31, 2025. The write-off isdue to the recognition of a significant risk that the rUndead game willnot bring the expected financial benefits.

At the same time, the Company informs that the write-off is one-off andnon-monetary. It has no impact on the Company's cash position, financialliquidity, or ability to achieve its strategic objectives.

The final amount of the write-off and the net result will be presentedin the Company's financial statements for 2025.
