The Management Board of the XTB S.A. (the "Issuer", the "Company","XTB") hereby announces that on 29 April 2024, the process ofaggregation of financial data for the purpose of preparing the condensedconsolidated financial statements of the Issuer's Group for the Iquarter of 2024 was completed. Therefore, it has been decided to publishthe preliminary consolidated selected financial and operating data forthe above mentioned period, which the Issuer submits as an attachment tothe above mentioned current report.The Issuer also announcesthat the final financial and operating results for the I quarter of 2024will be presented in the extended consolidated report of the Issuer'sGroup for the I quarter of 2024, publication of which was scheduled for9 May 2024.Disclaimer:
