The Management Board of XTB S.A. ("the Company") hereby announces that,in accordance with Resolution No. 6 of the Ordinary General Meeting ofShareholders of the Company held on 23 May 2024 on the distribution ofthe net profit of the Company, fixing the date of dividend payment andthe date of dividend payment, it was decided to distribute the Company'snet profit for the year 2023 in the amount of PLN 787 135 881,94 by thepayment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 590 197 640,02, i.e. PLN5,02 per share. The remaining part of the net profit in the amount ofPLN 196 938 241,92 will be retained by the Company on reserve capital.Atthe same time, the Ordinary General Meeting set 3 June 2024 as the dateon which the list of shareholders entitled to the dividend is determined(dividend date). The dividend will be paid 20 June 2024.All117.569.251 shares issued by the Company are entitled to the dividend.
