The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") acting in pursuance tothe obligation arising from Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (...) - MAR Regulation - announces to the public that on 8 February2019 it received 2 (two) notifications from Sebastian Młodziński, as aMember of the Issuer's Supervisory Board, concerning his disposal of theIssuer's shares as part of transactions made on 6 and 7 January 2019.

The notifications referred to above are attached as an appendices tothis current report.
