The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") acting in pursuance tothe obligation arising from Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (...) - MAR Regulation - announces to the public that on 15 February2019 it received a notification from Sebastian Młodziński, as a Memberof the Issuer's Supervisory Board, concerning his acquire of theIssuer's shares as part of transactions made on 14 February 2019.
