XTPL S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the "Issuer") herebyadvises that on 18 February 2019 the Issuer received a communiqué of theCentral Securities Depository of Poland (Krajowy Depozyt PapierówWartościowych S.A., "KDPW"), issued on 15 February 2019, stating that inaccordance with KDPW decision No. 73/2019 of 12 February 2019, 140,020series L shares of XTPL S.A., coded PLXTPL000018, will be registeredwith KDPW on 20 February 2019.
