The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") acting in pursuance tothe obligation arising from Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (...) - MAR Regulation - announces to the public that on 26 March2019 it received a notification from Konrad Pankiewicz, as a Member ofthe Issuer's Supervisory Board, concerning his acquire of the Issuer'sshares as part of transactions made on 26 March 2019.
