The Management Board of XTPL S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław(the "Issuer") hereby advises about a change in the date of publicationof the consolidated quarterly report of the Issuer for the first quarterof 2019. The report will be published on 22 May 2019. The previous dateof publication of the report communicated by the Issuer was 30 May 2019.
