The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that in 2020the Issuer's periodic reports will be published on the following dates:

- annual report for 2019 - on 23 April 2020;

- report for Q1 2020 - on 27 May 2020;

- half-yearly report for 2020 - on 25 September 2020;

- report for Q3 2020 - on 26 November 2020.

At the same time, the Issuer's Management Board advises that the Issuerwill not publish quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reportsfor Q4 2019 and Q2 2020.
