The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") acting in pursuance ofthe obligation arising from Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (...) - MAR Regulation - announces to the public that on 17 June2020 it received a notification from Filip Granek, as a Member of theIssuer's Management Board (CEO), concerning the transaction relating tothe Issuer's shares made on 17 June 2020.
