Number of votes on EGM: 195 663

Percentage share of number of votes on EGM: 30.37%

Percentage share of the total number of votes: 9.64%

3. Investment funds managed by ROCKBRIDGE TFI S.A.

Number of votes on EGM: 132 567

Percentage share of number of votes on EGM: 20.58%

Percentage share of the total number of votes: 6.53%
