The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer", "Company") reports thaton 1 August 2022 the Company confirmed an order from IRIS AdlershofInstitute from the Humboldt University of Berlin ("IRIS", "Customer")for delivery of the Delta Printing System device._#160;

The Delta Printing System will be used by scientists of the HybridDevices Group for research on electronic and optoelectronic devices(based on hybrid material systems, and organic and hybridsemiconductors) with additive processing. By developing novelelectroactive materials and combining them with adapted structures andnew methods of their processing, results of the scientific work can beapplied in the area of sensor technology, photovoltaics andoptoelectronics. The device is to be delivered by the end of 2022.

Humboldt University is one of the largest public research universitiesin Berlin with over 200 years of history. Part of it is IRIS Aldershof(Integrative Research Institute for the Sciences), which combinesfeatures of a research institute, development laboratory and institutefor advanced research, and provides infrastructure for interdisciplinaryresearch in areas like photonics and space-time matter.

The Management Board has decided that the conclusion of the agreementfor the sale of the Delta Printing System is inside information due toits wide target application in areas with significant commercializationpotential. The revenue from the order for the device will have apositive impact on XTPL's financial performance in 2022._#160;

Accordingly, for the reasons described above, in the Management Board'sopinion the information disclosed in this current report meets thecriteria of inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) MAR.
