Content of the Report:

The Management Board of XTPL ("Issuer", "Company", "XTPL") herebyreports that on September 23rd, 2022 it received information about theconditional approval of a patent by the Israeli Patent Office for themethod of forming lines with a width below 1 micrometer using theXTPL-developed ink containing nanoparticles of silver. The patent wasgranted in response to the patent application "Bottom-up method forforming wire structures upon a substrate".

The final formal requirement for obtaining the patent is to pay thepatent fee by December 13th, 2022. Should the requirement not be met,the Company will communicate this in a separate current report. Theapplication procedure for this patent was initiated on March 22nd, 2016.This is also the date when patent protection started for the invention.

The Company's portfolio currently includes 25 patent applications and atotal of 3 patents granted.

The patent protection will increase the value of the potentialcommercialization of the Company's technology with respect to theIssuer's technological solutions for the next generation electronicsmarket. The reported event confirms continued delivery of the Company'sstrategy of building a patent cloud for its proprietary technology andproducts, which will contribute to building the Issuer's credibilityamong potential industrial clients.

In view of the above, and considering the confirmation of uniqueness ofthe Company's technological solutions, and then the outlook for theIssuer's perception by investors, the Issuer's Management Board hasdecided that the conditional decision to grant the patent to the Companyshould be deemed inside information. For this reason, in the opinion ofthe Management Board, the information meets the criteria set out inArticle 7(1) of the MAR.
