Content of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the"Issuer", "Company", "XTPL") reports that on 6 September 2023 theCompany confirmed another order from Yi Xin (HK) Technology Co., Ltdbased in China ("Yi Xin", "Distributor") for delivery of the DeltaPrinting System device. Yi Xin is a distributor of the Company'stechnological solutions (Current Report No. 4/2021 of 15 April 2021).The Issuer accepted the Distributor's order, which means that a salescontract was formed. The Company will deliver and commission the devicein the first half of 2024.

The end buyer of the device will be China's leading R_amp;D center ResearchInstitute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen, China [the _quot;EndCustomer_quot;]. The device will be used in the work on chip 3D interconnects.

This is the tenth transaction to sell the Delta Printing System in theChinese market, the sixth transaction this year. All transactions werecompleted in cooperation with the Distributor. The revenue from the mostrecent order for the device will have a positive impact on XTPL'sfinancial performance in 2024.

Accordingly, for the reasons described above, in the Management Board'sopinion the information disclosed in this current report meets thecriteria of inside information within the meaning of Article 7(1) MAR.
