The Management Board of XTPL S.A. [_quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;XTPL_quot;]announces that on 19th of November 2024, the Company confirmed an orderplaced by _#197;bo Akademi University in Turku, Finlandii [_quot;Customer_quot;] forthe delivery of a Delta Printing System [_quot;DPS_quot;] device. The DPS devicewill be used for research and development projects in the fields ofphotonics and biomedical electronics.

Revenues generated from the current device order will have a positiveimpact on XTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2024.

The Issuer's Management Board considered the sale of the DPS device tobe confidential information, as its realization may have a significantimpact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, the popularization ofthe Company's technological solutions, as well as the perspective ofinvestors' perception of the Issuer.

For the reasons described above, the information provided in thiscurrent report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meetsthe criteria for confidential information within the meaning of Article7(1) MAR.
