Dates of publication of the periodic reports in 2025

Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and financialreports

Content of the Report:

The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that in 2025the Issuer's financial reports will be published on the following dates:

- annual consolidated and standalone report for 2024 - on 28 April 2025;

- consolidated report for Q1 2025 - on 28 May 2025;

- consolidated half-yearly report for H1 2025 - on 25 September 2025;

- consolidated report for Q3 2025 - on 25 November 2025.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that the Issuer will not publishquarterly reports or consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2024 and Q22025.

Moreover, the Issuer informs that the consolidated quarterly andhalf-yearly reports will contain quarterly and half-yearly,respectively, condensed standalone financial statements.
