The Management Board of XTPL S.A., headquartered in Wrocław (the"Issuer"), informs that as of March 11, 2025 the address of the Issuer'sregistered office has been changed from the current one, i.e. 147Stabłowicka Street, 54-066 Wrocław, to a new one, i.e. 48E LegnickaStreet, 54-202 Wrocław.
