Following upon the approval of the Competition Board, 100% stake transfer of our real estate company AND Anadolu Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş., which among its other assets owns AND Kozyatagı building, has been completed to Quick Sigorta A.Ş. and Corpus Sigorta A.Ş, a subsidiary of Maher Yatırım Holding. Equity stake value is determined at TL 74.4 mn and as such payment is received which is calculated after offsetting the total asset value with financial  debts and other liabilities of the company as of 30.03.2021.
