According to Shareholders' Ordinary General Assembly held on 24.03.2021, PWC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. has been appointed as the independent audit firm for the year 2021 and registration has been completed by Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 30.03.2021, announced at the T. Trade Registry Gazette in its issue with date and number 30.03.2021 / 10298.

In case of contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
