Additional Explanations

The Bank's Board of Directors has decided to; increase the authorized capital ceiling of the Bank from TL 10 billion to TL 30 billion, extend the validity period of the authorized capital ceiling for the period between 2026-2030, and to propose the attached amendment to the Articles of Association for the approval of our shareholders at the General Assembly provided that the required consents and approvals are obtained from competent authorities.

In case of contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
