It has been decided to call the sustainability subordinated notes (Tier II) with ISINs XS2355183091 and US00971YAJ91 issued on 22 June 2021, amounting USD 500 million in total with 10 years maturity and having a call option at the end of 5 years. Accordingly, the application to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency to call sustainability subordinated notes has been approved. All Notes will be redeemed on 22 June 2026. In case of contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
