Süresi içinde Şirket Merkezinde, Şirket internet sitesinde, Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde ve MKK'nın Elektronik Genel Kurul portalında Sayın Pay Sahiplerimizin incelemesine sunulmuş olan Kâr Dağıtım Tablosu'nda ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ("SPK")'nun II-14.1 Tebliği hükümleri kapsamında Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uygun olarak hazırlanan ve Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. tarafından denetime tabi tutulan 01.01.2019 – 31.12.2019 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımızda yasal mevzuata göre dağıtılabilir kar oluşmadığından, Yönetim Kurulu'nun 03.03.2020 tarih ve 2020/3 sayılı kararı doğrultusunda kâr dağıtımı yapılmaması hususu onaya sunuldu, müzakere edildi, katılanların oybirliği kabul edildi. Kar dağıtım tablosu Ek-1'e alındı.
