Our company's 7th month rental revenues increased by 27% in EUR terms compared to the 7th month of 2022, and rental revenues in the first 7 months of this year increased by 30% in EUR terms compared to last year, reaching the highest rental income since its establishment. We continue to reduce our financial debts and fund our ongoing investments with all our revenues. In this context, on the one hand, the construction of the HSR Viaduct, Terminal and commercial area in Söğütlüçeşme, Istanbul and the construction of villas in Yalikavak, Bodrum are ongoing. On the other hand, our net financial debt decreased from EUR 127.7 million as of 31.12.2022 to EUR 103 million as of today, both within the scope of the current payment plan and with the early payments we realized.
