Şirketimizin kira gelirleri bu yılın ilk 8 ayında bir önceki seneye göre EUR bazında %22 artarak 21,8 milyon EUR olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Söz konusu artışta en büyük etken Türkiye'deki otellerimizde doluluk oranları düşmeden oda fiyatlarının EUR bazında %40 artmış olmasıdır.

In the first 8 months of this year, our company's rental income increased by 22% in EUR terms compared to the previous year and is realised as EUR 21.8 million. The most significant factor in this increase is the 40% increase in room rates on EUR basis in our hotels in Turkey without any decrease in occupancy rates.
