In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Serial: III-48.1 on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Trusts, the 2023 year-end valuation reports of Gaziantep Novotel and Ibis, Kayseri Novotel and Ibis and Zeytinburnu Novotel and Ibis hotels in our portfolio are attached hereto.
