Our Company's 100% subsidiary Gökliman Yatırım İnş. Tur. ve Jeotermal Tic. A.Ş., a 100% subsidiary of our Company, regarding the EIA application submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change for the "Loft Iasos Tourism Accommodation Facility (Apart Hotel with 464 Rooms)" within the scope of the project planned to be constructed within the borders of Kıyıkışlacık Mahallesi, Kıyıkışlacık Neighbourhood, Zeytinlikuyu Mevkii (on parcel no. 310, block no. 1) in Muğla Province, Milas District.
The said decision was notified to our subsidiary by the letter dated 17.01.2024 and numbered E-38496763-220.01-8529078 addressed to our subsidiary by the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit and Inspection.
