The increase of our Company's issued capital from TL 1,300,000,000 to TL 3,900,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 6,500,000,000 has been completed and the new version of Article 8 of our articles of association titled "Capital and Shares" has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 09.02.2024 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 12.02.2024 and numbered 11020. The updated articles of association including the latest amendments are attached hereto.
