Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nin 10. maddesi kapsamında Şirketimizin güncel operasyonel ve finansal verileri ile geleceğe dair projeksiyonlarını içeren ve son olarak 22 Kasım 2023 tarihinde paylaşılan yatırımcı sunumumdaki 2023 yılına ait konsolide hasılat beklentisi, 30mn Avro seviyesinde iken yaklaşık 33mn Avro olarak gerçekleşmiş, 2023 yılı net konsolide FAVÖK beklentisi ise 26mn Avro seviyesinde iken yaklaşık 28mn Avro olarak gerçekleşmiştir.

Bununla birlikte, SPK'nın 07.03.2024 tarih ve 14/382 sayılı Kararı uyarınca 2024/14 sayılı SPK Bülteni'nde yapılan Duyuru kapsamında, 2023 yıl sonu itibarıyla uygulanmaya başlanmış olan TMS 29 enflasyon muhasebesinin Şirketimiz konsolide finansal tablolarına olan etkisi de ekte belirtilen seçili finansal tablo kalemleri itibarıyla yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine sunulmaktadır.

Within the scope of Article 10 of the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) Communiqué on Material Events, the consolidated revenue expectation for 2023 in my investor presentation, which includes our Company's current operational and financial data and future projections and which was last shared on November 22, 2023, was realized as approximately EUR 33mn, while the net consolidated EBITDA expectation for 2023 was realized as approximately EUR 28mn, while it was EUR 26mn.

In addition, within the scope of the Announcement made in the CMB Bulletin No. 2024/14 pursuant to the CMB Decision No. 14/382 dated 07.03.2024, the effect of TAS 29 inflation accounting, which was started to be applied as of the end of 2023, on the consolidated financial statements of our Company is also presented for the information of our investors as of the selected financial statement items stated in the appendix.
