2024 yılı Nisan sonu itibarıyla Türkiye otellerinin Euro bazında kira gelirleri bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre %2 artarken, Rusya otellerinde bu artış oranı %19, toplam kira gelirleri artış oranı ise Euro bazında %4 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. (Bu oransal karşılaştırmada Merit Park otelinin 2023 yılı gelirleri hariç tutulmuştur.)

As of the end of April 2024, rental revenues of Turkey hotels increased by 2% in Euro terms compared to the same period of the previous year, while the rate of increase in Russian hotels was 19% and the rate of increase in total rental revenues was 4% in Euro terms. (In this proportional comparison, the revenues of Merit Park hotel for 2023 are excluded).
