"Our Company participated in the tender held by Bodrum (Civil Court of Peace) Elimination of Joint Ownership Sales Office for the sale of the immovable property with the characteristics of a plot of land numbered 811, block 23, parcel 23, Eskiçeşme Neighborhood, Bodrum District, Muğla province, and the said tender was awarded to our Company for TL 9.000.000 and the said immovable property was registered in the name of our Company today (on 22.07.2024). In the real estate valuation report prepared for the immovable, a value of TL 12,974,000.00 (excluding VAT) has been appraised for the said immovable and the said valuation report is attached hereto. It is envisaged that the land, which we think is an important part of the new projects to be developed in the region, will be a profitable investment for our Company.
