As of the end of June 2024, the total rental revenues of Turkey hotels in Euro terms for the first 6 months of the year increased by 11.5% compared to the same period of the previous year, while the rate of increase in Russia hotels was 38%. Accordingly, the rate of increase in the total rental revenues of our portfolio was realized as 9% in Euro terms in the same period. (In this proportional comparison, the revenues of Merit Park hotel for 2023 are excluded.)
We continue to reduce our financial debts and fund our ongoing investments with all the revenues we generate. In this context, the development of the YHT Viaduct, Terminal and commercial area in Söğütlüçeşme, Istanbul continues in line with the opening targets and the physical completion rate is 94.2%.
