As of the end of November 2024, the total rental revenues of Turkey hotels for the first 11 months of the year remained unchanged in Euro terms compared to the same period of the previous year, while Russia hotels increased by 36%. The rate of increase in total rental income of our portfolio was realized as 7% in Euro terms in the same period. (In this proportional comparison, the revenues of Merit Park hotel for 2023 are excluded).
