As of the end of 2024, the total rental income of our hotels in Turkey for 2024 increased by 2% in Euro terms compared to 2023, while this increase was realized as 34% for our hotels in Russia. The consolidated annual rental income of our entire portfolio increased by 9% in Euro terms compared to 2023. (This comparison excludes the 2023 revenues of Merit Park hotel).
