In summary, in the KAP announcements made by our company on August 8, 2024, December 31, 2024, and May 1, 2025; and which commenced operations as of May 1, 2025, has been leased to Akfen Turizm Yatırımları ve İşletmecilik A.Ş. ("Akfen Turizm") under a contract signed between Fıratcan and Akfen Turizm, for an annual rent of 9.6 million Euro (including VAT) to Akfen Turizm. It was also announced that, under the aforementioned lease agreement, the payment date for 50% of the first year's rent was set for October 1, 2025, and the payment date for the remaining balance was set for April 1, 2026.
In this context, 4.8 million euros (including VAT), representing 50% of the rent for the first year, equivalent to 234.01 million TL, was paid by Akfen Tourism to Fıratcan on October 1, 2025 (today).
This rental income continues to contribute to our Company's sustainable and predictable revenues.
