According to our Company's Board of Directors' decision dated 09 May 2025, in view of capital requirements, investment and financing plans of the Company and its subsidiaries, it has been resolved not to distribute dividends from 2024 net profit and to submit the proposal for reserving net distributable profit of 2.007.268.539 TL according to 2024 Dividend Distribution Table as Extraordinary Reserves to the approval of shareholders during 2024 General Assembly.
Mentioned proposal was approved at the Annual General Meeting.
