In accordance with Turkish Commercial Code, Capital Markets Board and Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority regulations, appointment of DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. for the independent audit of financial statements during the fiscal year 2026 and also for 2026 independent sustainability audit service in line with Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards as published by Public Oversight Accounting has been registered on June 29, 2026 and announced in Issue No. 11611 dated June 29, 2026 of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
