According to our Public Disclosure dated 7 April 2023, an agreement had been signed with Electricity Company of Ghana regarding installation of 350 MW Kumasi combined natural gas power plant and USD based guaranteed sales of the electricity produced for 20 years.

As of January 19, 2026, first phase of the power plant had reached an installed capacity equivalent to 130 MW in a simple cycle. As of July 13 2026, first phase of the power plant has completed combined cycle process and reached an installed capacity of 179 MW.

Further developments regarding second phase of the power plant (171 MW) will be shared with the public in a timely manner.
