A loan agreement amounting to EUR 57 million with 10 year maturity has been signed with Germany's Helaba Bank, backed by the Swiss Export Risk Insurance (SERV), Switzerland's official export credit agency, to finance the ongoing 255 MW natural gas power plant investment in Senegal. This agreement is of strategic importance as it further diversifies the Company's funding sources from a geographical perspective.
