In its board resolution dated on 31.01.2023, the Board of Directors decided to appoint "TSKB Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.S." as the appraiser for the Hotel in Bodrum and "Reel Gayrimenkul Degerleme A.S." as the sole appraiser for the other assets to be valued in our portfolio and "Reel Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş." or "Vakıf Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş." for the assets to be purchased and to be valued in 2023 according to Article 35 entitled "Selection of the Real Estate Appraisal Company" of the Communiqué Serial: III and N 48-1 on the principles of the REICs.
